Halo Sauna Therapy is a combination of dry salt therapy with infrared sauna. With Halo Therapy, clients breathe in micro sized salt particles which are immediately transported to every part of the respiratory track, even the smallest alveoli, and bronchioles. Then the dry salt molecules dissolve and attract small impurities, the reason why it is called the toothbrush of the lungs. Salt therapy may eliminate the root of inflammatory, respiratory illness in the lower and upper tracked like asthma, bronchitis, as well as the allergies, by destroying bacteria and restoring health and immunity.
Infrared Sauna provides heat therapy in a relaxed environment to allow one to feel rested, relieve sore muscles and improve overall health and well being. These saunas use infrared panels instead of conventional heat to easily penetrate human tissue, heating up your body before heating up the air. This radiant heat penetrates the skin more deeply than traditional saunas.
